General
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in our data protection declaration listed under this text.

How do we collect your data?
In principle, you can visit our website without telling us your identity. On the one hand, data is collected when you send it to us, e.g. in an e-mail.

Other data is automatically recorded by the computer systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.

How do we use your data?
Part of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Data provided by you from an inquiry will only be used to answer your inquiry. The data will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint if you have any further questions on the subject of data protection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

We also collect order-related data. Your name, home address, email address, delivery address and telephone number will be collected. Your orders will also be saved. This data is used exclusively for the fulfillment and processing of the contract. The data will only be transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the processing of your purchases. When we deliver your goods, the delivery service receives all of the address data so that proper, fast delivery can take place and you can receive the tracking number from the delivery service.

Newsletter: When registering for the newsletter, your e-mail address will only be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You will receive irregular information by email about current offers. By registering for the newsletter, we will obtain your consent for this mailing. Unless you have given us your consent in writing, we use the double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter, which means that we will only send you a newsletter if you have expressly confirmed to us beforehand that we to activate the newsletter service. We will then send you a notification e-mail and ask you to confirm that you would like to receive our newsletter by clicking on a link contained in this e-mail. Another possibility is that you explicitly (but not necessarily) agreed to the sending of the newsletter when registering for the customer account.

Double opt-in and logging: Registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail in which you will be asked to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that nobody can register with someone else's e-mail address. The registrations for the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes storing the registration and confirmation times as well as the IP address.

credentials
To register for the newsletter, it is sufficient if you enter your e-mail address.

Termination/Revocation
You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter.

Legal bases of the General Data Protection Regulation
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable from May 25, 2018, we inform you that the consent to the sending of e-mail addresses is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a, 7 GDPR and Article 7 Paragraph 2 No. 3 or para. 3 UWG.

For further information to you we use your given email address. With the complete processing of the contract, which also includes the full payment of the agreed purchase price, your data, which must be kept for tax reasons, will be blocked. This data is no longer available for further use. Otherwise, your data will be deleted unless you expressly consent to further processing and use of your data
